Post Residences is an all-affordable housing project in Oakville, Ontario, designed to directly address the urgent need for affordable housing.
The project aligns with the goals of Halton Region and the Town of Oakville’s Housing Strategy and Action Plan, supporting a shared vision for inclusive, sustainable communities.
We are proud to be partnering with local nonprofit organizations to ensure the development delivers not only safe, affordable homes, but also the supports and services needed for residents to thrive.
At the heart of the project is a vibrant Community Hub that will:
- Promote long-term housing stability,
- Foster deep community engagement, and
- Position Oakville and Halton as leaders in innovative affordable housing solutions.
